If you have a possible project, please be as descriptive as possible. "Need a website and a logo" will not suffice; "I need a website, our current one is at XYZ.com. Were looking to do -this-. We'd also like a new logo that is fresh and timeless" will get a much better estimate, and in the end make sure everyone is on the same page! Also include if you need it by a certain date.
